Field Trips Price
List
Windwood Day Camp is
offering weekly Field Trips to campers in the 6th through
8th grades (approximately 10-15 year olds). Counselors will
be accompanying their campers on these bus-driven trips to
fun (and sometimes educational) attractions in the
Pittsburgh area. Field trips will be on Wednesdays and
usually cost $25.00 each (except for Kennywood at $30).
Payment must be made at least three weeks in advance of the
event. Below is a list of Places and Dates for these trips.
In case of inclement weather, an indoor field trip may be
substituted. Campers may choose to stay at camp, but we
believe these older children will enjoy traveling "off
campus" for a fun trip with their friends. Windwood reserves
the right to cancel or chang field trips and there prices at any time for any reason
and payments will be refunded.
Field trips are $25.00 each unless otherwise
specified. Please check which trips you would like and send
it in to the camp Office.
*Field trips are nonrefundable. If you child does not attend you can use the money you paid towards the snack bar, lunches, or other programs. Please let us know which you would like to apply it to. We also need to get parental permission for your child to stay here at camp, when they have signed up and paid for the field trip but decide not to go.

Sports Camp
Rules
Gymnastics camp will not be refunded if it rains. If it rains
all week and we absolutely have to cancel the camp all week we
will reschedule for a different week. If it rains one day and
we have to cancel that day, we may extend the session
hours on the next day.
All children attending the gymnastics camps must arrive 15
minutes before the camp starts to check in and get warmed up.
Please make sure that your children are wearing the
appropriate gear. (Shorts, T-shirt, sneakers) If it is
supposed to rain please send a change of clothes. We suggest
sending a water bottle with them as well.
Payments and sign ups for the gymnastics camps must be in at
least 2 weeks prior to the specific session date.
Please understand that we want this to benefit your child
as much as possible. We would like to teach them as much as we
possibly can with the great experience we provide.
