  • An initiation fee $15 per person will be charged to all new members with a maximum of $100 per family.
  • No individual memberships sold to children under the age of 12.
  • Optional babysitters pass $100.
  • No charge for children under the age of 3 as of June 1st.
  • In order to get family rate, the first member must be a parent.
  • No refunds after June 1, 2012 & a $50 processing fee charged on all refunds.
  • Full payment must accompany this form. Make checks payable to Windwood Park
  • Additional $50 member discount for senior citizens ages 55 and up. ONLY 1 DISCOUNT PER FAMILY
  • Any family member 18 or over filing a separrate income tax form and not a full time student must register and pay as an individual member.
  • Grandmothers and Grandfathers can not be added to your family membership form
  • Guest fees are $6.00/weekday, $8.00/weekend or holiday, and $4.00 any day after 4pm.
