Instructions for New Members

Once you have sent in your registration form and it has been processed, you and your family members will be entered into our system as members. You are then free come to the pool at any time during operating hours. You must check in at our front pool desk and provide your name for them to look up and check you in. Opening and closing dates are listed above and the pool hours are listed below.

You are also allowed to bring in guests. They must come with you or meet you at the pool and sign in under your name. The member must be at the pool in order for the guest to get in the gate. Guest fees are listed below.

As a member you will have access to our entire lower facility including the pool area with lounge chairs and tables, playground area, 2 person waterslide, hockey court, pong table area, basketball court, gaga pits, nine square, sand volleyball, horseshoes, and field area. We have all the equipment available at the pool for you to use. We also have a concession stand available for food and drink purchase.

As a member you will also be invited to all of our wonderful member events which will be posted closer to the start of the season.

 

Swimming Lessons

The swim lesson program will be changing this year. Once the form is updated an email will be sent out letting you all know.

 

Member Events

Member events will be posted closer to the season. Please remember if there is low attendance or bad weather events may be cancelled or rescheduled.

If anyone has a member event request please email us at windwood@zoominternet.net prior to the season.

 

Pool Parties

Pool Parties have become very popular over the last several years. If you are interested in booking a party please fill out the form under the ONLINE FORMS tab and someone will contact you to discuss your event. This pavilion books quickly so please contact us as soon as you can.

Swimming Pool Rules and Regulations
 

Terms and Conditions (these are not listed on the rules and regulations form)

• An initiation fee of $15/person will be charged to all new members. (Maximum of $100.00/ family)

• No single membership can be sold to children under the age of 12.

• Optional babysitter pass can be purchased for $100.00

• No refunds after May 1, 2023

• $50.00 processing fee for ALL refunds.

• Full payment must accompany this form. Make all checks payable to WINDWOOD PARK.

• Additional $25.00 senior citizen discount. (Ages: 60 and up) (only 1 discount per family (Cannot be combined with Early Bird Discount)

• Initiation Fees must be repaid if your membership has been expired for 4 or more years.

• Any member 18 years or older filing separate income tax forms and is not a full-time student must register and pay as an individual membership, not a family membership.

• Handbooks will be available at the front desk opening day which will cover the pool rules, hours, events, etc.

• Grandmothers and Grandfathers cannot be added to your family membership form

• All children must pass a deep-water test go down the water slide or be in the deep end of the pool by themselves.

• Guest fees are $10.00/person

• Windwood may have to adjust the hours of operation the last few weeks of summer. When the schools' start at the end of August sometimes, we are shorthanded on lifeguards because many of them are students.
